"*Everyone* here truly cares about your pet! From the moment we walked in the door, it was obvious how much the ENTIRE staff loves and cares for animals. They gave lots of treats (asked first) and even a blanket to lay on to make it a more pleasant experience for my pet.Dr. Erwin was so wonderful! She got down on the ground with my dog to check him out rather than having him get up on the table and likely be more anxious. It's obvious that she truly loves animals and was so kind to my pet. She really took the time with us and answered every last question I had. Then the staff made sure the lobby was clear before we left. They even texted me to let me know my prescription would be cheaper if we called it in elsewhere. Cannot say enough great things about this practice, I've never experienced that level of care!"
